Tailor-made pick up service for each customer to any country throughout the world in pursuit of customers’ variety of requirement. This guarantees we dispatch the first available vehicle to complete the delivery as quickly as possible.  

- Standard Economy. Enables a courier picks up and delivers consignment within one hour from customer's call in the metropolitan area in Jakarta and within one and a half hours for its suburbs. (Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Cikarang, Karawang, and Sukabumi)  

- Stand by. An economical alternatives, offering delivery within two hours of the booking. Perfect for those not so urgent deliveries while ensuring delivery that day. 

- Daily Bookings. Regular booking such as mail collection, payroll disk etc., need only be placed once. We automatically dispatch a courier one hour prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time.  

Simplified Booking 

Our system permanently stores customer data, making bookings quick and easy. All customers need when booking a courier is a designated customer code (Account Number). 

- Tracking. Want to know the progress of booking? No Problem, the tracking facility attached to our web site allows customers to stay informed for critical deliveries. Click on "Tracking". 

- Simplified Itemised Accounts. No More sorting invoices and allocating costs. Our Statements sub total invoices by reference with full details relating to each job covering-date, dispatch point, service type, customer reference and total costs. 

- Reporting Facility. Through our system we have the ability to generate various reports covering all aspects of a customers day to day usage of couriers. Reports can be generated to cover many areas for any given period within the previous three months. 

QCN offers a full range of services to help you conduct your business in ways that work best for you. These flexible options from QCN enable you to customize our services to meet your complete range of shipping needs. 

Shipment handled is divided into three types, Document Shipment, Package Shipment and Heavy Cargo Shipment. All non-document shipment is classified as a package shipment, and heavy cargo shipment is raw material of more than about 300KGs or as such, including other heavy shipment of no weight limit. All non-document can be sent with Commercial Invoice for quick customs clearance in the destination country.  

All package shipment is repacked by our well-trained Operation Team. However, for more safety and security, first-packed by customer is generally recommended and can eventually be uplifted by the earliest flight available. 

When your shipment is ready, please make a booking at our head office in Jakarta, (021-5204189). Our skillful staff will then visit you shortly and pick up your shipment. 

Please do not forget to keep the Shipper's Copy of QCN Worldwide Services Waybill which shows shipping number (QCN-xxxx) on the right corner of the above. The number will be used for tracking and locating your shipment in transit and in destination by our comtuterized tracing & tracking system. 

We have local branch offices around Indonesia, but we are not handling domestic shipment in order to specialize intensively in worldwide International shipping.
